Media Symposium

As part of the Blue Fest 2024 activities, the Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) Unit hosted a Media Symposium under the theme “Inclusive Narratives: Amplifying Voices in the Blue Space”. Held in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the symposium aimed to sensitize media practitioners on the innovative debt-for-nature transaction underpinning the Barbados Marine Spatial Plan and to provide an update on the status of the MSP process.
